Whether it is a cemetery strategy, reserve management plan, or physical activity strategy, Xyst will always produce a document which is able to be implemented within the local government political environment, as well as enabling things to get done on the ground. Hastings District Council – Reserves Strategy - 2008
Update 2006 reserves strategy to reflect changes in demographic information following 2006 census, strengthen focus on sustainable development, strengthen coastal reserve provision, review and update Levels of Service in line with current Xyst Ltd approach and update parks inventory.

Queenstown Lakes District Council – Wanaka Sportsfield and Recreation Review - 2007
Undertake an assessment of current provision, consult with user groups, and make recommendations for future development to cater for the areas growth over the next 20 years. Produce a costed implementation plan.
