From time to time clients of Xyst have required input from an independent project manager to work with a range of project teams, consultants and contractors. Delivering projects in a local government environment presents its own risks and opportunities. Having managed a wide range of capital and operating projects in previous roles as parks managers, the directors of the company understand the unique drivers and reporting constraints placed on council projects. We also understand community dynamics, and the importance of managing communication and meeting delivery deadlines.
